We believe access to trauma-informed care and aftercare should not be cost prohibitive. Just as we all deserve to be found, we all deserve high standards of care.
Brooke is the Founder and President of Aisling. Born out of trauma, the organization’s mission is to be an agent of change. Brooke proudly partners with other non-profits in the area to bring awareness and education to the families of victims.

While Kyle and Brooke have two children, they have 3 fur children and 1 grand-dog. Kyle enjoys interacting with the family pets but is happiest on the golf course.
Professionally, he is the President of DeMars & Associates, Ltd. – an alternative dispute resolution firm based in North Texas; specializing in B2B and B2C mediations/arbitrations.
This is Natalee – far from a victim, but a SURVIVOR! Natalee is seeking to change the world – she is on the Board of Directors for Aisling and is proud to have a voice and a vote in order to have Aisling make the most impact.
Staci lives in the north Ft. Worth area with her husband and two precious children and 3 fur-babies. She has been married to her husband, Jason, for 15 years. As a military wife, she has learned to adapt and be ready for anything.
Staci brings a diverse background in customer service, marketing, sales, real estate, etc. She is extremely creative and has a knack for seeing things from a different perspective. She is an advocate for awareness and change for survivors; researching legislative change options and enforcing education so that no survivor gets lost in legal limbo.
Kathy currently lives on a beautiful ranch in Morris Chapel, TN but will be relocating back “home” to Texas soon. She is a lover of all animals – but, very partial to 2 black labs, 2 cats and 2 horses…and numerous tagged hummingbirds. She is also a proud mother of 2 boys and has 4 grandchildren.
Kathy brings a wealth of experience to the table and is very passionate about justice, change and understanding the “why” and “why nots” – Kathy holds a BA in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Kathy believes that the damage and scars from trauma need to be part of the recovery; with support and, most importantly, a voice, these survivors will leave their mark and thrive.
